I recently discovered CAHS through family history contacts in the US and Tom Rusch has kindly asked me to join CAHS as a 'friend' seeing that I hail from Penzance, Cornwall. I am delighted to be able to post on your fascinating website and find out about the Cornish Heritage communities and people in the US.
The reason for posting is because my mother, Muriel Laity has recently re-published on Amazon a book about the villages of Crowlas and Ludgvan in West Cornwall. This book may be of real interest to anyone that has family connections to Ludgvan Parish or is just interested in stories, yarns and the social history of this lovely Cornish village.
