For Christmas, I wanted to get my sweetheart, Holly Odgers, a gift made of copper or tin from Cornwall, U.K. Her ancestors were miners of copper and tin. There are several people online who offer such gifts, but I ordered one from South Crofty Collections (https://croftytin.co.uk), which makes jewelry of tin from the South Crofty mine. I believe it was the last mine in Cornwall to be shut down. Holly loved her tin pendant, set with her birthstone of garnet. Optionally, for a 7th anniversary, a copper gift would be excellent! Check out https://www.cornishcopperbracelets.co.uk/about.asp) (These are simply a gift ideas. I have no connection to South Crofty Collections and receive no compensation for referrals.)
