Anne Howard is a culinary graduate of Boston University and has contributed to the PBS America's Test Kitchen segment "Cook's Country."


She states that she'll chat about the history of Cornish pasties in the US and elsewhere, and especially what they mean in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and how other UP cultures have influenced the pasty.  She'll compare the pasty to other cultures as well as make cross-cultural comparisons.
